We Ski
We Ski is one of the first third party games to make use of the Wii Balance Board that is included with the Wii Fit package. Players stand on the balance board, and by distributing their weight, and using the Wii Remote, simulate the sport of skiing as accurately as possible. The game makes use of Miis, avatars created by players on the Wii system. Players may also use customizable characters created in-game, and earn rewards such as character apparel and upgraded ski equipment by completing various goals. The game will feature 14 different courses, and will contain both day and night skiing, where different lighting effects and simulated fireworks will be deployed. Besides racing, We Ski features different modes such as Ski School, Centipede Races, and Search and Rescue.
